Administering the chalice

Lay Eucharistic Ministers are licensed by the Diocese to assist at the altar and to offer the chalice to the congregation at Mass. It is a ministry of considerable trust and one that shapes how you come to the Eucharist yourself. Preparation includes training with the clergy and a diocesan license.
